Michael has a research interest in Medicine and the Law with a focus on complementary and alternative medicine and law and ethics. She has been a member of academic staff at UNE since 1994, has developed articulation pathways between vocational sector Complementary Medicine practitioner qualifications and UNE Bachelors degrees, and developed the UNE Master of Health Science (Herbal Medicine). Judy is currently teaching into the Bachelor of Medicine – Joint Medical Program at UNE as well as supervising postgraduate students in a range of Complementary Medicine research projects.
