Ensure you follow all the steps indicated and have prepared your documentation before proceeding

In order to proceed, you will require the following documents in pdf format available for uploading as you work through the application process

Certified copies of each Academic qualification(s)

Certified copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate of Currency

Certified copy of current First Aid qualification HLTAID011 or higher

Copy of current registration or membership (e.g. CMBA, ANTA, ATMS, AHPRA, CMA, or other)

Proof of Payment (Internet Transaction Receipt for the transfer)

Copy of Working with Children Check or Police check

Copy of CPD activities (20 hours per year for 3 years), if applicable
